2. Services description

GS Financial Group Pty Ltd (ACN 690 019 580) is the parent entity of a privately held Australian group operating in private credit origination, credit management and execution through its platforms, including Get Solutions Financial Group and Get Private. The group operates as a mortgage manager and embedded credit origination partner for a selected network of private credit funds, lenders, family offices and specialist capital providers. Our funding partners provide the capital and retain ultimate credit approval; the group manages origination, credit assessment, transaction structuring, due diligence and settlement execution on their behalf.

We are not a bank, fund manager or credit provider, and we do not lend from our own balance sheet. Our role is to manage the credit and execution process required to deploy our funding partners’ capital effectively. The group’s services include but are not limited to:

• Construction and development finance structuring
• Bridging and short-term finance solutions
• Commercial property finance
• Credit assessment, structuring and submission preparation
• Due diligence coordination and settlement execution
• Ongoing mortgage management, where applicable
• Proprietary platforms for deal submission and assessment

All facilities remain subject to each funding partner’s own assessment, due diligence, documentation and approval. Indicative assessments, parameters and terms are not unconditional approvals, and settlement cannot be guaranteed.

3. Eligibility and user obligations

Our services are intended exclusively for wholesale or professional investors as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), and for licensed mortgage brokers and financial intermediaries. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or the nature of any transaction
